Explosion Rocks Cleveland, A tank truck unloading gasoline in Cleveland exploded today, slightly injuring the driver and causing a fire that threatened several large fuel storage tanks. The driver, Jesse Bibbs, 25, of ....Alvin in Houston, was treated for burns on his face and arms. The fire destroyed a warehouse at the Noah Whitener Gulf Oil Corp. distributorship in downtown Cleveland, a town of 7,000 in Liberty County about 40 miles north of Houston, before the flames were extinguished.
