Zbigniew Jakubowski, a native of Poland shares the joy of his sons, Thomas, 11, and Simon, 12, who became U.S. Citizens on Thursday. The elder Jakubowski became an American citizen before his sons, who were born in Great Britain. The Jakubowskis live at 10423 Green Willow in Southwest Houston. Jakubowski is a refinery engineer.
