Description
Cedar Bayou. Water Stops Work. Flood waters in upper reaches of Cedar Bayou halted construction work on these twin bridges across the stream for State 73. The aerial view shows the water up to the bridges. Ordinarily the stream can be stepped over in this area, but Tuesday it must have been 20 to 25 feet deep at this point, 15 miles north of Baytown.
