This tiger and bear are among the many characters taking part in the 31st annual Foley's Thanksgiving Day Parade today through downtown Houston. The parade, which features numerous decorated floats, bands and drill teams, traditionally marks the beginning of the holiday season here. The theme of this year's parade is "A Child's Fantasy."
