They talked about how to prevent inflation and stop deflation of the dollar. They elected Eleanor Bennett (Kalamazoo), vice president of Republican Women's Federation of Michigan; Mrs. Harry Henderson (Birmingham) and Mrs. George Punches (Saginaw), secretaries; and Mrs. James Murray (Flint), treasurer.
