Caption: Character actor JOHN McINTIRE, a well-known face but an un familiar name to television has replaced the late ward Bond who played Major Seth Adams TV's top-rated "Wagon Train" series. McIntire will costar with bob Horton on the NBC series next fall. He already is busy shooting segments for next season.
