Caption: (MP1) MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., Jan. 20--HANDICAST--A special foam rubber coating on a cast protecting a broken bone in his right wrist has enabled Minnesota basketball star Lou Hudson to return to action. He missed seven games since being injured Dec. 18 but scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in 25 minutes against Indiana last Saturday. Hudson is righthanded but used his left hand almost exclusively because of the cast. (AP WIREPHOTO) (edi-50500stf) 1966 1969: Basketball player Lou Hudson, under contract with the NBA St. Louis Hawks, signed with the American Basketball Association Minnesota Muskies, then went back to the Hawks. The Muskies sued, but the court said that the Muskies couldn't enforce their contract because they had soiled their hands by inducing him to break his contract with St. Louis.
