CAPTION: Dirty wash pilled up in Chicago as most of the self-serve laundries closed in protest of a new city ordinance. The law requires that the laundries close from 11pm to 7am and have attendants from 6pm to 11pm. Here, a laundry owner urges his locked out customers to write their protests to the mayor..
