Description

Caption: Oakland University has a dragnet out to find an Oakland car for use as a campus "mascot". A 1924 model touring car is shown, but the University would be willing to accept any of the 583, 183 Oakland's that were produced between 1908 and 1931 at the General Motors Corp. plant situated at the present site of the Pontiac Motor Division in Pontiac.
