Caption: (KX2)PARSONS, Kan., Aug. 6 -- HAPPY OVER VICTORY -- Clyde M. Reed Jr., Parson's publisher, and his family look over election returns that gave Reed the Republican nomination for governor. Reed won a smashing victory in yesterday's primary election over Former Gov. Fred Hall, who was again seeking the office. With the Republican candidate are, left to right: Mrs. Reed, Carolyn 12 and Martin 15. Reed will oppose Gov. George Docking, Democratic party candidate who is seeking reelection, in the general election.
