Paul A Wright (R) with his attorney, Jerry Giesler, who announced that Wright will plead not guilty to charges of murdering his wife, Evelyn, and his friend, John Kimmel. Following a 2-hour conference between Wright and Giesler, the attorney said that Wright's plea would be based on "starting incidents immediately preceding the shooting."
