Krug, right with Stacey May, Director, Statistical Bureau, WPB, left, as Mr. Krug declared that the civilian economy would return to a "1939-Plus Level" after the defeat of Germany and that the country would be amazed at the speed at which consumer goods are turned out. He added that they are planning for "X-Day" without hysteria.
