Lord Halifax, British Foreign Minister, right, and Sir Neville Henderson, British Ambassador to Germany, arrive at No. 10 Downing Street for a cabinet meeting which pondered the grave European crisis created by inability to reach an amicable solution of the Sudeten German problem in Czechoslovakia.
