Sergeant Shares Honors with General Reviewing the final parade of the 1100 youngsters in the July Citizens Military Training Camp at Plattsburgh are, Left to right, Major-General Eli Helmick, Inspector General of the Army, Colonel J.M. Graham, post and camp commander at Plattsburgh, and Master Sergeant Frank King, 26th Inf. who goes on the retired list after thirty years service int he Army.
