Crane Lifts Cars After Train Derailed, Hoosick Falls, New York. A huge crane, at rear, is used to lift one of the seven freight cars which, along with a tanker containing propane gas, figured in a derailment at 3 a.m. Sunday in Hoosick Falls. The tanker, railroad officials said, will be the last unit to be moved. the derailed cars were in the middle of an 118-car freight train enroute from Mechanicville to Boston. Wrecking crews were sent to Hoosick Falls from East Deerfield, Massachusetts, and Mechanicville. Homes in the neighborhood are to be evacuated again today during tanker lifting operations. Propane gas tanker derailed.
