Phoenix, Arizona, November 6--Baseball Summit--Baseball Commissioner Ford Frick, center, talks with Detroit Tigers General Manager Jim Campbell and Pittsburgh Pirates General Manager Joe Brown today in Phoenix. They are taking part in a baseball summit meeting involving Frick and owners and general managers of the 20 major league clubs. Groundwork is being laid to replace Frick who retires after completion of his current seven-year term as commissioner.
