Shot on location at an idyllic Italian villa, the film stars (right photo) Kenneth Branagh (who also produced and directed) and his wife Emma Thompson as the battling lovers Beatrice and Benedick; and (left photo) Kate Beckinsale and Robert Sean Leonard as the lovers Hero and Claudio, who are torn apart by the machinations of the evil Don John.
