LTR: Nelson Rounsevell, Panama Publisher, is shown in conference with his attorney, Louis Waldman, prominent in NY, who journeyed to the Isthmus to act as Counsel for the publisher in his fight against libel charges filed against him by Gen Harold B Fiske and Col James V. Heidt. Waldman filed a demurrer in the Court when Rounsevell appeared to face arraignment on one of the 3 counts of libel preferred by Col Heidt. Argument will be heard on the Demurrer on Saturday.
