Description

tom Veness in his Veness Special (128) skids around turn no. 7 at West Delta Park Sunday and Pat Pigott (34) goes to the inside to avoid a crash. Veness failed to finisih the 90 Minutes Rose Cup Race but Pigott took second in the under two liter class in addition to his earlier Formula Junior pro victory worth $1,000. Jerry Grant won the Rose Cup for the second straight time.
