Frank A Sileo of Brooklyn is repaying a debt to the Red Cross incurred when his son PFC Nicholas Sileo if the USMC was wounded in the battle at Guadalcanal. Nurse Mrs Gloria C Barbour helps the grateful father to return the blood the Red Cross used to save his sons life. PFC Sileo is now stationed at the Brooklyn Naval Hospital. Photo measures 9 x 7.5 inches. Photo is dated 01-30-1943.
