General Henri JE Gouraud, the military governor of Paris, and well known hero of the World War, now in the United States to attend the Annual reunion of the Rainbow Division at Baltimore, MD is shown as he paid homage to America;s Unknown Soldier by laying a wreath on the tomb in Arlington National Cemetery.
