A Port Washington city employee, Ron Weiss, wrapped 640 lights around a 20-foot blue spruce tree at City Hall Thursday. The job required patience and some help from a Hi-Ranger Aerial truck. The lights on the tree were turned on Thursday night, Port Washington Wisconsin.
