At left are a few of the apple sculptures created by Zeno C. Elgas (the cowboy's body is made of modeling clay). Elgas' right thumbnail (above), trimmed with a high curve to the right, is the only tool he uses in sculpting. Right: Elgas and the 6-foot fish he created from newspaper pulp.
