1959 Press Photo Small television tower in a garden

The garden-dwarfs are dead - now it's the turn of the television tower: The Dortmund television tower en miniature "grows" in the garden of anallotment-owner in Wanne-Eickel/Germany. This man put all his garden-dwarfs and other ornaments in the cellar in order to make room for this small television tower the original of which is standing on the site of the German Garden Show in Dortmund. It took him 30 hours to build this tower himself.
