30-5-63 Plane crashes on roof - A small two-seater Auster aircraft that was being flown by two Australian dentists crashed on top of a four storey block of flats in Willesden, North West London, killing both of them. The pilot was 30 year old Robert Campbell, father of two, and the navigator was Doctor Peter O'Sullivan who was married three months ago. Nobody in the flats was hurt. Photo Shows: Firemen search the wreckage of the aircraft in case there is anything explosive there. The bodies of the crew have already been removed. The windows of the flats have been opened as a precaution against an explosion.
