Pronouncement of the sentences in the Munich Souther-Tyrol-Proceedings On January 25th before the Munich country court began the proceedings against the German students Josef Zinkl (JOSEF ZINKL), Peter Wittinger (PETER WITTINGER) and Rudolf Hessler (RUDOLF HESSLER). The three young men were accused because of membership in a underground organisation against the Italian ascendancy in Southern Tyrol. This underground organisation was established by the University professor Dr. Norbert Burger from Innsbruck, and the aim of this union was to make explosive asaults in South Tyrol. After some interruptions on February 26th the sentences against three students were pronounced.
