Astronaut Tamara E. Jernigan, mission specialist, has completed donning her training version of the Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) space suit and prepares to be submerged to a neutrally buoyant-state during an underwater simulation of a Extravehicular Activity (EVA) scheduled for the mission later this year. Jernigan was joined by astronaut Daniel T. Barry (out of frame) for the simulation, conducted in the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) at Johnson Space Center's (JSC) Sonny Carter Training Facility (SCTF).
