Washington, D.C. - Army Secretary Wilber Brucker and the Army's Chief of Staff, General Maxwell Taylor, read one of the letters recovered from the nose cone of a Jupiter rocket which safely re-entered the earth's atmosphere after being fired into space. The rocket mail was opened today at the Pentagon. Between them is a model of the Army's Jupiter - the missile which carried the mail. Gen.
