Administrative personnel of the Space Task Group of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, have moved into temporary offices at 210 and 224 Gulfgate Mall where they will handle some of the preliminaries regarding the $60 million space research laboratory to be built at Clear Lake. Left to right are William A. Parker, Martin Byrnes, who will direct the preliminaries; Robert . Peck and Alan Doyle. Many additional technical and administrative personnel of the NASA will follow them here as work on the laboratory progresses.
