Caption: CEDAR FALLS, Iowa, Jan. 6, HUSBAND MISSING? Mrs. Chester McNelly, 24 made no comment here Friday when asked about her first husband, George E. Knoop, who authorities say they have found alive in Inglewood, Calif. He was declared legally dead a year after he disappeared Mar. 27, 1964 while scuba diving in Lake Mead, Nev.
