Caption: (CPT 5) TORONTO, July 17--HE'S PRETTY PROUD OF HIS FATHER--Curt Littler ll, has a beaming smile for his father, Las Vegas golf pro Gene Littler who won the Canadian Open golf championship in Toronto Saturday. Gene holds his son in one arm and the Seagram Gold Cup in the other. First prize money was $20,000 and it was Littler's first win on the tour since 1962. He finished the 72 holes, followed by Curt all way, with a seven-under-par 273.
