Oshawa, Ontario - Homer Martin, of Detroit, President of the United Automobile Workers of America, is shown as he addressed a meeting of stewards of the strike-bound General Motors plant here today. Martin, excluded by Premier Mitchell Hepburn from conferences regarding settlement, told the workers he expected quick settlement of the strike.
