Albany, New York - Importance of industrial safety is the aim of the costume work by William K. Baumker, an employee of the State Labor Department, who explains to Governor Harriman the cost of a broken leg or a crushed foot. Baumker paraded in front of the Capitol yesterday in this costume dramatizing the theme of an industrial safety conference being conducted at the Sheraton-Ten Eyck
