Our Process

We have an in-depth process for aggregating, sorting, and distributing some of the most unique photography in U.S. history.

Collection

We work with newspapers and other photo archives across the country to help secure the assets in our collection. These assets are safely stored in our warehouses to protect product integrity until they’re cleaned and sorted.

Cleaning

Many photos in our collection initially arrive marked up. Some of these photos are made even more valuable from these press markups, but for those that aren’t, we work diligently to restore the photo without damaging it.

Sorting

Every photo is scanned into our system to help you easily find what you’re looking for. We apply barcodes for sorting, but you can easily remove them without worrying about damaging the photo.

Listing

Each photo is assigned a category and listed for sale. You can search our entire archives by keyword to find photos that match your interests.

Shipping

We’ve developed a special packing process to ensure every photo arrives in top condition. You can select from a variety of shipping speeds during checkout. Once your photo arrives, contact us if you have any questions about its condition.

Returns

We want you to be completed satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a photo, please contact our customer service team to begin the simple process.
