This is an original press photo. A rebuilt Waco-9, the mail plane of the 1920's, was the center of attraction when a group of Milwaukee area men met at the Wisconsin air national guard hangar at General Mitchell field to form a Wisconsin chapter of the OX5. The organization is named for the engine used to power the Waco-9. All of the men learned to fly planes powered by the OX5.
